Valencia One is a well established neighborhood within the master-planned community of Valencia in the city of Santa Clarita. It is loved for its numerous mature trees and beautifully landscaped paseos, or walkway systems.

Old Orchard – The Beginnings of Valencia
The first tract, built in the mid 1960’s, was originally called The Valencia Homes. They were later called Old Orchard Homes, and because there were three phases…they became known as Old Orchard I, Old Orchard II, and Old Orchard III Homes. There are 7 distinct floor plans, and they have survived the “test of time” by continuing to hold their popularity through the years.
