Parks & Recreation in Stevenson Ranch

Pico Canyon Park is a 21-acre park and features hiking trails, picnic tables and public restrooms. It is home to a spectacular Oak Tree known as Old Glory.

Jake Kuredjian County Park is a scenic six-acre park with trees, grassy lawns, paths, and public restrooms.

The 17 acre Richard H. Stevenson Ranch Plaza is a local shopping mall with plenty of parking. There are a large variety of stores including Ralph’s, Steinmart, and Petsmart. There are also many available restaurants and quick stop eating choices, including Zagat rated Spumoni Restaurant, Del Taco, Yamato, and Starbucks.

Stevenson Ranch is also home to Valencia Marketplace shopping mall. Popular stores include Staples, Old Navy, Marshalls, Cost Plus, and Walmart. Numerous food and drink choices include Claim Jumper’s, Wood Ranch, New Kyoto Sushi, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Subway, and Chili’s.
